Relic of precursors map device not working with syndicate hideout portals

The Relic of precursors map device (from supporter pack) has a bug with any syndicate hideout portals. I tried walking to it, blinking, movement skills, nothing gets me close enough to click the portal. The only method i found is to move the portal device in my hideout to right on top of me, which is obviously not a solution for long term. Please have this looked at
