Ritual deferral bug. Deferred item never rises in price and doesn't dissapear if ignored

I think it has something to do with mirage rituals. I deferred an item (king invite) just once in mirage ritual, but then eventually decided I don't want it. When doing rituals later the item would popup many times and never increase in cost no matter how many times I ignored it. I tried it in both regular and mirage maps
