Namharim phase transition/attack bug.

I was running Harvest as I usually do (alch and go, scarabs of doubling and cornucopia, atziri fragments for quantity) and, as usual, picked a fight with Namharim.

Now, for a while I've been seeing a relatively common bug with all of the tier IV Harvest monsters. Sometimes, whenever they are about to go into their second phase, they spawn the roots and start going through the animation where they rise up into the air, only for that animation to glitch and cancel itself. Then they walk a short distance, maybe make a melee attack, then immediately go into their proper phase 2 pose - only in the wrong spot, as they are no longer positioned over the roots. The monsters they spawn, at least, appear in the correct location and the phase ends normally.

In a recent encounter, however, Namharim ended up going into the beginning of his phase 2 transition, then glitched out of it and immediately began his stealth attack. As a result, he ended up in some kind of weird state where he was both spawning monsters and attacking me directly with that move until I managed to finally kill him.

I don't know what makes this bug happen, or how to reproduce it. However, it is rather clear that the unique Harvest monsters are rather unstable, with Namharim being the most frequent - and as of this particular bug, most extreme - offender. I hope that this issue can be resolved, as this sort of unpredictable bug makes an already somewhat annoying fight even less pleasant.

In case this matters, I run a power charge stacker Impending Doom build that tops at somewhere around 10 mil DPS. I am not sure if specific damage numbers or use of curses might affect this fight in such a way, so I'm putting this information here just in case.
