Empty slot in Ritual after cancelled Mirage Ritual

I have a divine deferred in Ritual from a previous map.

I open a new map, run into the Mirage, start Ritual but accidentally hit the Mirage button as it begins. It teleports me to the portal and cancels out the ritual. I open the ritual and I see the deferred Divine but 0 blood, oh well, next time i guess.

I exit the Mirage, continue Rituals in the map, but now there's an empty item slot in the top left slot.
