Faustus Currency Exchange - Fragments Tab scroll bar missing / unable to view Uber Fragments

The Fragments category in the Faustus Currency Exchange interface is missing its scroll bar. While other categories (Divination Cards, Currency) scroll correctly, the Fragments list is truncated and cannot be scrolled down manually or with the mouse wheel. This prevents the selection of items further down the list, specifically Uber Fragments
