PVP Crashes the game immediately

Spectres vs whirling blades PVP end up in a crash for both players at the same frame of the first attack.


If we duel, summoner loses all the spectres entering the arena, no crashes, end PVP -> summoner lost permanently all spectres

If we go sarn and try to PVP there, game crashes instantly, after restart -> summoner loses permanently all spectres again.

I guess the issue comes from the minions getting hit by whirling blades.
