Brine King bugs out and won't phase due to Delirium Unique Abilities

This is consistently happening every time I run the Reef map with Maven/Deli.
Brine King will reach phase HP and then perform a Deli Unique ability animation.
After this, Brine King refuses to phase into the middle of the arena to continue.
The only resolution I've found thus far is to portal out.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Ensure Destructive Play and Maven are active and run the Reef map using a Delirium-modded map.
2. Damage Brine King until a phase-change level of HP.
3. ???
4. Portal out and back in
5. Repeat 4 until you kill Brine King.
