Energy shield not regen when choose - armor and evasion from searing exarch altar

As in the video. My energy shield is not regenerate and can't leech energy shield. I choose that altra many times and it happended every time that my energy shield is not regen + leech. Last bumped on Mar 28, 2026, 3:56:14 AM
