Inconsistent Honour in Sekhemas: MoM vs "100% Damage Taken from Mana before Life"

I have tested two mechanics that should theoretically function identically regarding damage mitigation:
Mod: "100% of Damage is taken from Mana before Life" (sourced from gear/jewels/notables).
Keystone: "Mind Over Matter" (All Damage is taken from Mana before Life).
The Issue:
In standard gameplay, both work as expected. However, in Trial of the Sekhemas:
Using Mind Over Matter correctly calculates Honour based on the total pool of Life + Mana.
Using 100% Damage taken from Mana before Life (from items or jewels) does not contribute to the Honour pool. The character starts with very low Honour (only Life/ES), making the trial nearly impossible.
The Harmony Within notable from the Oracle ascendancy also suffers from this same issue.
Conclusion:
This appears to be an inconsistency in how the Honour system recognizes mana as a defensive pool. If this is intentional, the descriptions should be clarified to avoid build confusion. If it is a bug, I request the team to fix this interaction so that all sources of 100% Mana before Life are treated equally for Honour calculations.
