Ritual not openable despite clearing all surrounding monsters. Bug Report ID: #241,327,405

I am unable to open this ritual despite thoroughly checking I have killed all surrounding monsters and sweeping the area many times with righteous fire. There was a wildwood zone in the ritual zone which I think may be contributing to this.
