Lycial doesnt phase right away !

First phase Lycia fight i one shot her to phase right away but she kept channeling that red lightning skill and died bc of the multpiple times . Just make her phase right away when she is at that hp threshold . Kinda frustrating . My entire build built around one shot things in sanctum when something touch me in there im dead . So please fix it ...
