Scarab of Blooming not dropping T14+ Blight maps as Ravaged

Titte says it all.

This is an issue dating back a few years, found posts on Reddit from 2 years ago. Can we get a fix for this scarab?

If working as intended, then change the wording to say "There is a CHANCE" because as it's written now it says all Blight 14+ will drop as Ravaged... and this is not happening....

Please fix or update description to make it clear.
