Spectres deletet in Kingsmarch

Good Day,

I know this problem exists a little bit longer by now. Could date it back from a post in 2024.
If you weapon swap or just by accident let a spectre which was created from a corpse die in Kingsmarch there is no revivable body on the ground. This results in loosing your, by example perfect forest tiger (23div).
I know bugs like that are not too complicated to solve, but I think it probably didnt get enough attention.
