Imprisoned Essense Mob's Lightning Totem and Minion Summoning Persist

Could be related to the scarabs, all normal rares should have been imprisoned, but also several beasts were added by scarabs, that were not imprisoned? That part could be intended interaction IDK.

Edit: the minion summoning that is going on is happening from an imprisoned beast... With a tormented spirit on it.

Please advise if more information is required.

Also worth noting that in this same map the game placed The Envoy and Varashta on top of each other directly.
