Ritual Unclickable

Killed all the mobs around a ritual and ritual was still unclickable. This caused me to fail my map for my astrolabe on a juiced ritual map. Only thing I could think of that might have bugged out the ritual was the fact that a wildwood spawned ontop of one of the rituals.
