3.28.0e - The Black Knight (Starfall Crater boss) beam phase fails to start.

Not much else to say other than what the title states... When The Black Knight begins the beam phase, it abruptly ends immediately. Happened to me in two separate fights, so I am assuming this is always bugged now.
