Can't re-enable pantheon boss

Hello! Caught a bug where I get 2 filled divine vessels. Used both of them because I didn't know it would turn off the pantheon power. But when I realised that I need re-catch the boss now the pantheon mark vanished from the atlas and I can't use a divine vessel on that map to catch it again.

Use a non-occupied map.
