İ could not pass to 1 check point on Clearfell map 1

İt was also issue as well when i opened my first char too i do not remember how i passed it : ))... İ could not pass thrue first check point on clearfell first map... İ could not reach to first check point there is a red wall appear in front of me ... is there any fixable about this issue... İ am waiting your answer... Please do not say to me that is reload the game again
