Horned Scarab of Pandemonium seems to be bugged!

The Atlas bosses do not behave as they should be behaving.
"Modifiers to the final map boss also apply to these Atlas bosses", i ran 5 pandemonium scarabs while investing heavily into amount of packs in maps.
I have had a ton of map bosses and eldritch altars spawn in of course, taking all the altars that affected map bosses.
Im not sure about the buff affecting them, but the rewards did not apply to the bosses.
What i have also noticed, they do not drop astrolabes or any other loot, which for the amount killed, is highly unusual.

This should get investigated further.

are you running these in astrolabe affected areas?

if so no astrolabe drops is correct.

Nope, without any astrolabes.
When im running domination shrines with the scarab that replaces the packs with map bosses, i always get at least 1 astrolabe drop per map.
