Dark Ideation Large cluster Notable Dosent apply effects.

As the title states, for reference, my maxroll below, I have just under 4k mana when I enable or disable this passive; my stats do not change (TOOLTIP) at all for my chaos damage. Even if it meant my non-reserved mana, I have 400 unreserved, so (8% increase) there should be some damage increase or decrease. This also does the same on POB.

The limit on Dark Ideation isn't "per notable", but "across all allocated Dark Ideations".
In other words, allocating Dark Ideation on two different cluster jewels gives effectively "4% increased Chaos Damage per 100 maximum Mana, up to 80%" rather than "up to 160%". https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2804039#p23026744 |
