Failed to load instance

Just wanted to see if others are having similar issues with failing to load instance. After the last patch and even today's patch that was release, I'm still having issues of loading into new instances. Prior to the release of the new update, I had little to no issues regarding this problem. It's getting kind of frustrating when doing labs or constantly have to trace back through areas, just to fail to load into the next area. then repeating the process until it successfully loads me.

Was hoping if this could be address or there is a solution that I am yet not aware of. As I would like to play the game, Thank you.
