My Spectres disappeared after update

Yo I'm playing SSF and spent most of the first few weeks grinding my corpses. Perfect Giant Turtle, Perfect Warlord, and Perfect Forest Warrior and logged in today and they are just gone, No Corpses in Hideout or Kingsmarch. Is there anyway to get them back? I'm really enjoying Delve and dont want to go back to farming Ritual... My Spectres and AG were unsummoned, but i resummoned my AG and all is good there.

I realize now that they might have been at my feet in hide out when i logged in and my auto trigger Offering ate them up...... I still hope to recover them as i didnt expect them to be unsummoned.
