PVP Arena bug "buffer underflow" game crash

Bug takes place in: Sarn Arena (pvp area) in Act 8

Using "The Writhing Jar Hallowed Hybrid Flask" causes game crash: when I activate the flask, tiny worms spawn on the ground, but when I use "Leap Slam of Groundbreaking" to kill them, the game crashes with the following exception "buffer underflow".

I managed to replicate this exact same bug every single time, 5 out of 5 attempts so I suspect this isn't just some random bug.
