Sacrifice fragments not being treated the same as scarabs in the atlas

When ctrl+clicking sac frags in the atlas with a map selected, they are instead moved to the atlas inventory. Also, when selecting specifically the apex of sacrifice, the fragments are not moved out of the original map's slots like scarabs are.
