Constant crash in same area boss fight. cannot progress

Having an issue where the game hard crashes and kicks me back to the menu when in the boss fight with Ketzuli high priest of the sun. Have tried to reset all hardward and software. Re-installed, tried to start from encmapment and run through area several times and still crashes repeatedly. Cannot progress the story any further now. Please help! On PC/steam
