Lioneye's Glare's repeat does not work with Scourge Arrow of Menace

Was gonna make this build but was disappointed that the repeat doesnt work with the transfigured version of Scourge Arrow (Scourge Arrow of Menace).

Have not used that skill before, but per the wiki you cannot repeat any skills that create proxies. If the pod created when using the skill is considered a proxy using the skill for you, then it can't be repeated by the bow.
