Catarina stuck in last add phase

Catarina is seemingly stuck in her last add phase, it's like she's unaware I killed Amunamu and she just flies around slamming and repeating "Your soul burns for me!" and "Give your soul to me"

I left a tp outside her boss arena, logging out and re-entering the arena didn't help.

Killing her mirage also didn't help.

Maybe chieftain explode procced on him so he disappeared and she couldn't eat his soul?
