Delerium rewards drop in inaccessible Map Area during Boss

I was doing an elder influenced map, I started a delerium mirror and boss rushed on Dunes. During the teleport phases where you move to a new area at 66% and 33% of the boss health the delerium fog ended and the rewards dropped. But they dropped in the 2nd area which is inaccessible to the player after the boss is dead.
