Relic of the Precursors Map Device "special" portals dont work

I have not tested all portals, so there are probably more that don't work.

Syndicate and Alva portals do not work when you first open them with this map device.

Normally you can only run around this atlas device, but when you open a portal, you can run "through/over" the map device to enter a portal.

These special portals do not allow the running through/over. The workaround right now is Karui Shores and then leaving the area. Only then does the map device work as intended again.

It works with new portals like Black Barya, so it's probably some legacy thing.
