Witch - Contagion spreading bug

I'm playing Witch with essence draing and contagion, When I used contagion to spread it to lot of enemies I noticed that spreading works fluently if enemy belong to that specific "group".

Let me explain this little bit more...

So.. for example if two group of enemies (A and B) are approaching and I target contagion to group A and they start running out of life and die. Contagion seems not to spread to group B even tho they are close to the group A while enemies in group A are dying.

I get this feeling that contagion spearing is working for the group where that enemy belongs to..
