Binds of bloody vengeance + general's cry weird interaction

Binds of bloody vengeance currently gives a general's cry attack critical strike upon being crit. However, the moment you try to use autoexertion, no crits occur. If you turn off autoexertion after summoning mirage warriors, you immediately see crit behavior returning.

There's some bug with autoexertion that is preventing it from working with this belt.
