Kingsmarch Shipping - Wheat to Pondium - Are Kinetic/Blasting wand bases possible?

This is far from a comprehensive test but I've sent 3 boats to Pondium now and I've gotten a mix of all the other wand bases, yet a grand total of zero Blasting or Kinetic wand bases.

I suspect the shipping rewards were not updated to include the new wand bases, although maybe I'm just unlucky or they're more rare.
