Game Crash when spawning Deli / Beyond / Breach mobs

I am unsure what exactly causes it, but I'm using an RX 9070XT on Adrenalin version 26.3.1. Performance tanks as you go through a deli mirror / open a breach / beyond portal spawns, but not always.

The crashes happen on both DX12 and Vulkan. In either render mode, the game either crashes, or the driver crashes. When this happens, I restart the game and swap to the other render more. I believe this only started happening in the last week. Leaguestart was more or less fine (outside of server-related issues).
