Mirage - Wish for Terror - Is it too rare or maybe bugged to not appear?

I'm looking for more information about this very rare Wish.
I've played for over 9 days on my only character created this league, I've done all challenges (including all available parts of all challenges) except for this specific Wish.
Today alone I've ran over 500 Dunes Map without getting this Wish option even once.
(Open map, find Mirage, enter if good wish, new map if not. Takes about 15-20s on avg per try).

I'm starting to think there is some hidden requirement to have a chance of this Wish. Does anyone know if I need to do something more specific than just running T16 maps until I get lucky?

Maybe it's just too rare of a Wish, or is it bugged in some way that prevents it's appearance?

Hey, I actually got mine, haha. All wishes finished and I don't even care about challenges. So yes, it absolutely exists.

Still curious if there's a hidden requirement to make it appear. Considered The Feared is tied to Maven I've started to run maps with her Witnessing the boss fight, I just haven't killed a boss since I just rush the Mirage. Still no luck with that.
I'm tempted to try using Templar Astrolabes with Maven to kill the boss and then check the Mirage as well. But that more than doubles the time spent and I have no clue if it actually does anything for my chances of finding the Wish.
