Invincible, untargetable berach monster

As in tittle, i found invincible magic monster in delirious map while farming breaches.
It occured on normal map (not inside mirage encounter)
I play Death Aura + Hextoad occultist with 100% chaos explosion chance.
(that might be the cause? 70% gloom shrine belt + Gull and rest via Kulemak)
The monster is called "Unwavering It That Guards".
Rarity is Magic, and it has "cannot be stunned" mod.
I cannot target him, he does not recive any dmg from DA, he is invisible.
He is full life and have energy shield.
If chaos dmg was the problem, i can add that i tried to kill him with Void sphere of rending, with have 60% physical dmg component.
Frankfurt (EU) Realm, softcore Mirage League, Jungle Valley T16 originator map.

Edit 1:
There was second and third monster like that.
One of them have diffrent name, magic rartity, i believe it was called
"It Crawls of Haste" or slt. Haven't check 3rd one.

They also appear in mirage encounter.
