Lycia Immortal because of Shaper

I'm farming Nightmare maps on Sanctuary and the Shaper randomly spawned. When I reached the boss, right before Lycia could transition and summon Beidat, the Shaper appeared with his 'You reek of imperfection!' line and buffed her. After she said 'Inevitable!', she became completely immortal and untargetable. Her sprite now has the Shaper's celestial colors, but she's stuck and won't start her next phase.
