Expedition vendor scaling

I like expedition a lot. And the runic splinters sold well.

However, expedition artifacts drop very frequently and I used them on the vendors a lot.

I wish there was some scaling going on regarding tiers on the items of expedition vendors. The amount of T8 to T10 affixes these items get slapped on even on level 79 is unfortunate.

If there could be something similar as greater/perfect crafting currency for the expedition vendors, that would be amazing.
