There is rating points of Build:

1) Clear ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Destroyer of maps, Sparks cover the huge screen

2) Bossing ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Not nuke of Bosses but very solid Damage. Even on Pinnacle Bosses it's enough. You don't need directly throw Mines on Boss, but around him and Sparks will hit him anyway

3) Defense ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Tanky so much, even you can handle a lot of attacks from Maven

4) Price VERY CHEAP 💰 - With 100-200 Chaos you can already create a beast

5) Difficulty EASY 🟩⬜⬜⬜⬜ - Build is beginner friendly and easy, you just run, throw Mines and everythings just explode

Then it's Build exactly for you my friend!


Also why Spark Mines comparing to for example Icicle Mine or Pyroclast Mine? Well, these Mines hit just one on area and that's all. Although Sparks mechanic is great for that style, we are throwing Mines and run through map, but behind us Sparks still bounce from walls, objects and destroying everything, is super funny and have a great potential.

WHAT I NEED TO START PLAYING THIS BUILD?

For level (check LEVELING section):
- I recommend play it from around 70 lvl so it will be after campaign. Ofcourse you can play already from 31 lvl, but it won't be effective, cuz we need a lot of passive points to take all important things for Spark. Also standard Mines Gems: Stormblast, Icicle and Pyroclast are strong and enough through the campaign.

You don't need any specific Uniques, although we have to get a lot of Mine Throwing Speed to negate Minefield Support penalty (check IMPORTANT MECHANICS and SWAPS sections).

What defensive layers have that Build:

1) Decent Life pool and regen Life

2) Spell Damage Suppression + Keystone + Ascendancy = Super recharge ES

Generally with 100-200 chaos (or even less) you can start destroying T16, even T17 should be viable too (without Bosses cuz they are boosted) and easily start other maps like Guardians and trying some Pinnacle Bosses.

1) Unique Amu Karui Ward for start = 1 chaos

2) Unique Boots = 3 chaos

3) Unique Belt = 5 chaos

4) Rare Jewels = 5-10 chaos

5) Anoint = 5-10 chaos

6) Large Cluster Jewel = 5-15 chaos

In this league we can add 6th Support 1 lvl to Gem 20 lvl, you need one of the coins (every 1 of 3 add other color gems).

Generally High-Impact Mine, Charged Mines or Faster Projectiles are the best options for add Damage gem like Added Lightning Damage, Controlled Destruction, Elemental Focus or Increased Critical Strikes Support. Also More Duration can be useful.

Frenzy Charges are main point of this Build, in final we play with 8x, which results:
- 80% Mine Throwing Speed with Charged Mines
- 32% Cast Speed
- 32% More Damage
- 80% Increased Evasion Rating
- 40% Movement Speed


From where to get 8x Frenzy Charges:
- 3x on Start
- 2x from passive tree
- 2x from Ascendancy
- 1x from Unique Boots

What Belt gives to us?
- % Increased Mine Throwing Speed

- Incresed effect of Shock on enemies so it's another more Damage
- Summons 3th Skitterbots with Scorch effect, which apply -% elemental resistances to enemies
- Also power of all 3 ailments effects is depends on mode from Belt % Increased Effect of Non-Damaging Ailments inflicted by Summoned Skitterbots




While synergy of both give us very important things in Build, it's a bit downside of them, that all three ailments can affect us aswell, but we can a bit mitigate them:
- Chill and Shock from modes on flasks and Pantheon
- Scorch through just get a bit more elemental resistances than usual

MINEFIELD AND MINE THROWING SPEED

It's core of this Build and big Damage, cuz we throw 5 Mines per cast, but penalty is very annoying and we need stack Mine Throwing Speed to comfortably play with that. Minefield cuts around half every source of Increased Mine Throwing Speed: so every 2% in reality results only 1%. That's way we need a lot of that. Also We need much passive points so I recommend swap on here around 90 lvl. Where to get that (in aggregate 162-185%)?

- Rare Scepter (Explicit mod) = 13-15%
- Rare Helm (Explicit mod) = 7-16%
- Rare Gloves (Implicit mod) = 8-10%
- Minefield Support 20% Quality = 5%
- Unique Belt = 15-25%
- Guerilla Tactics node = 10%
- Rare Jewels = 8% each (so with 3x we have 24%)
- Frenzy Charges = 10% for each (with x8 we have = 80%)

MANA SUSTAIN

We need Mana pool not only for Auras, but also for Mines gameplay - so for resevation and cost of throwing. So we looking for:

1) Stack much as possible Mana Reservation Efficiency of Skills (in aggregate 68-83%):
- Passives in tree = 8%, 8%, 16%
- Mana Mastery - 12%
- Belt - 10-20%
- Amu = 5-10%
- Rare Jewels = 3% each


2) Stack Mana regen:
- Clarity with Arrogance Support
- Vaal Clarity for free spamming on Bosses or huge density monsters
- Mana flask with mode Effect is not removed when unreserved mana is filled + Effect does not queue
- Arcane Surge from Arcane Pyrotechnics
- Maximum Mana and Mana Regeneration from tree and gear

Leveling through the campaign is pretty simply and fun - we gonna just playing Mine gems:
Stormblast Mine -> 1-12 lvl
Icicle Mine -> 12-28 lvl
Pyroclast Mine -> 28+ lvl

Also we are playing Saboteur Ascendancy cause Demolitions Specialist - which give us more Damage on Mines. So get 1st lab as fast as you can, then 2nd - Pyromaniac is also very helpful to get massive regen Life.

Get Stormblast Mine and later you can add Chance to Poison Support

SWAP ON ELDRITCH BATTERY

We will be use just mana cost, but next milestone is swap on Eldritch Battery Keystone. It's so close to our main tree on up side. Why is so important? Cuz it better for sustain our source to spam Mines than Mana, also is like just free more Mana before Mana itself. When is right moment to swap on it?

The best moment will be 24 lvl, but you should take it as soon as possible. On that level we have access to Discipline Aura, so get some Energy Shield on eq (Crown of Thorns Unique Helmet is enough for through campaign) and now you have unlimited source to spam Mines and you easily will drop off all Mana Flasks. But remember that we have on it -50% less Energy Shield Recharge Rate and ES not protect our Life pool anymore, so we are less tanky.

SWAP ON SPARK OF THE NOVA

We swap here after campaign when you entering on maps. Do these:
- Full respect Saboteur Ascendancy into Trickster with picking these nodes: Heartstopper and Escape Artist
- Respect Eldritch Battery Keystone, so we have free passive points
- Get a bit regen Life on eq
- Go activated all 3 main Auras: Wrath, Grace and Summon Skitterbots. Also Clarity is need for mana regen but not too much lvl (7-10 max)
- Take right Gems and Links from endgame setup (except Supports on Mine setup: Minefield and Charged Mines until you gonna get enough Mine Throwing Speed for swap. For now we playing Supports: Added Lightning Damage, then Controlled Destruction + Swift Assembly)
- If you can, start stacking Chaos Res as much as possible (flask with 35% is a big on start before better eq)
- Pick Mana flask with mode Effect is not removed when unreserved mana is filled + Effect does not queue
- Our ES goes (again ;d) to Life pool, so you can also stack maximum ES on eq and tree, also Energy Shield Mastery with 30% of Chaos Damage taken does not bypass Energy Shield is strong right now



Also you need 3 important things to pick for start playing Spark:

1) Duration - from tree is enough, add More Duration Support on gems is not worth.



2) Projectile Speed - here we need Faster Projectiles Support + also Amu which is very cheap + mastery close to our 3rd point is literally 1 passive point).




3) Projectiles Pierce additional target - Ofcourse just Pierce Support on gems would be great, but it's better option and we get free slot on support, so literally for 2-3 points we have 3 target pierces, it's enough. Also like I wrote above we have path to 15% more Projectile Speed.

1) Good increased effect of Mine aura, so it's nice.



2) More Evasion Rating for free - it's huge while we have a lot of that on Body, also Chance to Suppress Spell Damage is very helpful to get cap of 100% and we have all that items with Evasion Rating, so it's easy to get



3) Duration is very important for this Build.



4) Projectile Speed is also needed for this setup.



5) It's very helpful to increasing Suppress Spell Damage chance, although it doesn't show on character sheet and also it doesn't count for Unique Jewel Ancestral Vision with that synergy. 6) Nice defensive layer to a bit minimalize byppass our Energy Shield.

Our tree is close to Large Jewel Socket node, just 3 passive points, over here:



And we are playing 2 Cluster Jewels (Large and Medium):

1) Very cheap and much Damage (for 8 passive points we have 108% increased Lightning Damage and Jewel Socket. Unfortunately increased Effect of Lightning Ailments doesn't work with Skitterbots.



2) Even cheap, another increasing Damage (for 5 passive points we have 64% increased Mine Damage and Jewel Socket). Also 20% Cast Speed is good and 10% to Mine Throwing Speed is what we need.



In Summary for 13 passive points we got 172% increased Damage and 2x Jewel Socket - it's kinda huge boost.

We are playing 2 Uniques:

1) Max Life and ES, also 40-60% increasing Lightning Damage from this is so good.



2) It's big and scale with our Suppress Spell Chance, so another great defensive layer. Although it's very expensive, but worth of price.

Get Rare jewels (in final tree we have 3 slots for them) with: Mine Throwing Speed (8%) + Mana Reservation Efficiency of Skills (3%), then rest you can look for res or attributes or whatever else.

You can ask why not Saboteur, cuz Sabo has nodes for Mine Damage boost and Mine Throwing Speed, but they aren't satisfaction at all and Trickster has very amazing sustain.

1) So big less hits Damage and Damage over time taken, it's huge for sustain.



2) Great for our Build, we stack Evasion and Energy Shield.



3) More defensive against spells and 50% Chance to Recharge ES when we Suppress Spell Damage is insane and relatively 100% suppress chance is easy to get.



4) Very useful, cuz we got Mine Throwing Speed from Frenzy Charges.

We are playing 3 uniques:

1) Belt - very useful things to our Build, it has a bit downside ofcourse, but still it's great option.



2) Boots - just perfect for us. +1 Max Frenzy Charge and also more Evasion Rating and 5% Movement Speed per each Frenzy Charge while we are playing with 8x of them, it's awesome scaling.



3) Amu - we are starting with Karui Ward, which is very cheap and excellent, then upgrade to Replica Dragonfang's Flight with +3 to Spark, but it's so expensive investment.

- For offensive stats: +1 to level of all Lightning spell skill gems, Adds X to X Lightning Damage to Spells, Lightning Damage, Elemental Damage, Spell Damage.
- For defensive just stack Life, ES, regen Life, elemental res, chaos res and chance for Suppress Spell Damage.


1) Weapon with good affixes for Damage. Also the best way to get Mine Throwing Speed it's just buy good Sceptre, but with crafted Trap Throwing Speed mod and then recrafting it in bench for Mine Throwing Speed

Projectile Damage and Projectile Speed is the best option, so we have 3 of them to choice. Although Ballistic is already on passive tree, so we have 2 from these:

1) Projectile Speed and Damage, also Str is nice.

We are using Lifetap for every cast skills to relieve Mana pool for Mines.

WARNING! Don't get link Lifetap with Vaal Grace, cuz it destroying to use standard Aura of Grace, with Vaal Haste it's doesn't matter.

1) Damage

Spark of the Nova - High-Impact Mine - Minefield - Charged Mines - Faster Projectiles - Trap and Mine Damage

Spark with High-Impact Mine to using this as Mines, also Faster Projectiles is crucial. Charged Mines gives boost to Mine Throwing Speed from Frenzy Charges, when Minefield is huge Damage boost and last gem for max Damage

2) Movement + Curse

Flame Dash - Conductivity - Hex Bloom - Lifetap

Awesome movement skill for us, we gonna increasing Cast Speed, so it will be lower Cast Time. Also Curse with -% lightning res on moobs with Hex bloom is very nice, I like use this support on Delve

3) Shield

Automation - Detonate Mines - Steelskin - Lifetap

Shield for over 2k is great addition to defense and with using Automation we don't have to worried about to recast it, but remember about cooldown time of this skill. Detonate Mines is need for automatically exploding our Mines

4) Weakness

Orb of Storms - Lightning Penetration - Lifetap |||||| Vaal Grace / Vaal Haste

Amazing against rare, Bosses and though enemies. With Lightning Penetration Support is so helpful to get more Damage on single target and lasts on ground even a lot of time. Also as 4th gem slot take Vaal Grace or Vaal Haste

Clarity - Arrogance |||||| Vaal Grace / Vaal Haste

Clarity is the best option for constant regen Mana but we can't waste Mana pool for that, so we are playing Arrogance Support - it makes we have to sacrifice a bit Life pool (200-300) but is worth, also it increase Aura effect. Also as 3th gem slot take Vaal Grace or Vaal Haste

1) Summon Skitterbots - main Aura, nice Damage, Shock + Chill + Scorch effects

2) Wrath - nice Damage scaling

3) Grace + Vaal Grace - defensive type, much of Evasion. also Vaal version is nice for hot situations

4) Clarity + Vaal Clarity - using for Mana sustain, also Vaal version allows spam Mines without any cost of Mana

5) Vaal Discipline - with that we can recharge even if we are getting Damage instantly

6) Vaal Haste - amazing, besides Movement Speed we got Cast Speed

You can use also very defensive setup: put Discipline and Vitality, but you need drop off Wrath, but it's lose of much Damage.

LEVEL AND QUALITY

- Keep Lifetap on 1 lvl with 0% quality, it doesn't change anything, but you will refresh buff from these: grants 20% increased Life Recovery from Flasks for 4 sec.
- Keep Clarity on 7-10 lvl
- Every other gems get to 20 lvl


If we are talking about quality, then:

1) Damage Setup

Spark is first cuz we got additional projectiles, next is Minefield for Mine Throwing Speed. Rest for Projectile Speed and max Damage

2) Movement + Curse Setup

Flame Dash for faster charge, it can be very useful on Bosses. For Conductivity is doesn't matter while Skitterbots have Shock Aura. For Hex Bloom difference is minimalistic, but can be good in some areas

3) Shield Setup

Detonate Mines for faster detonation speed of Mines. Steelskin and Automation for less recovery rate, but it's a small difference

4) Weakness Setup

For Orb of Storms can be useful on pack monsters, but on single target is useless. Lightning Penetration gives more Damage to Orb of Storms, but it's not our main Damage so it's not worth at all

5) Mana Regen Setup

Arrogance increased effect of Clarity Aura, so it's more regen Mana

In gameplay is like typical Miner, but mechanically it's just Spark.

So throw some Mines in enemy to fastly get maximum Frenzy Charges. Go further, again throw, repeat (we are throwing 5x per one cast with Minefield so there will be tons of Sparks from it)

Use Mana Flask per a few sec. through map. Also remember about Vaal Clarity for free Mana on Boss, annoying rares or just big pack monsters for just spam Mines

Cast Conductivity on big pack monsters, Hex Bloom Support will transfers Curse to another enemies

Casting Orb of Storms with Lightning Penetration Support will helpful to take out rare, but remeber we have to be close to cast this skill where we want

Don't forget to cast other Vaal skills for extra stats and boost

If you have in hard situation or you struggle with though mods on rare, just run, back off and wait for regen Life and ES, we have good range to throw Mines, so you don't have to risk

On more harder maps or annoying mod we can playing in more much defensive way - just throw Mines ahead of us and slowly movement through the map. Further you can a bit improve chances to success on these hard contents and also for fight on T17 maps or Pinnacle Bosses, do these:

Gems

Replace Hex Bloom Support for Siphoning Trap, extra regen Life and Mana will be so good and helpful here

Flasks

Drop off Silver Flask with Onslaught and take something more defensive or just get another Life Flask (also for Maven's fight you can put another Quicksilver Flask - it can be very helpful to dodge her attacks and deal with her mechanics)

Pantheon

Take Soul of Solaris - it's pretty good here, with captured upgrades way more better. Also pick Soul of Ryslatha for Life Flask charges

Build is fun, it's nice hybrid for Mine and Spark fans, easy to learn and something not typical. You can playing in aggressive way but also in defensive style on some content.

Build was creating on league 3.28 where I was learn so much about leveling, then swaps for better ways to get on maps and finally min-max in endgame. Also I found solve problems how mitigate penalty from Minefield Support and how to get Mana Sustain.

Honestly I was very surprising that Build can destroying T16 maps with budget cost (T17 and Pinnacle Bosses should be viable too) I'm very proud and happy of this to invent this Build and share with you guys. I hope you will be enjoy like me.
