Abyss + Strongbox Valdo Map Completion

I ran an abyss + strongboxes Valdos map, killed every possible mob, completed every possible mechanic and opened every possible box on the map and I can't get the reward to spawn. The reward is a foiled mageblood, 140d investment at the time.
