Astrobales and Eagon issue

Astrolabes are not working for me at all. I wanted to try different mechanics using astrolabes, but nothing works.

The Egon quest itself seems completely bugged on my character and I can't finish it. Because of that, my Atlas is not divided by the red lines, so I can't progress properly.

I honestly have no idea what I'm supposed to do at this point. Has anyone else had the same problem or found a way to fix it?
