Inconsistent Brambleback + Awakened Gem Behavior

When using a brambleback on a Level 1 awakened enlighten/empower/enhance, it will overshoot to gives Level 2 + extra experience.

When using it on a Level 2 gem, it will return a level 3 gem with no excess experience.

I don't know which way this was intended to work, but inconsistency was probably not the goal.
