One character can't stay connected?

I have a new character that can't leave the Clearfell Encampment. If I try to enter Clearfell, the lootfilter disconnects, the chat disconnects, my character is frozen, and 10 seconds later, I'm back at the game login screen with an unexpected disconnection error. If I try to log the character back in, I'll be frozen right outside town for 10 seconds and go through the same failure sequence.

If I log in other characters, they can enter Clearfell. If I create a new level 1 character, it can go right through town and enter Clearfell. If I click the "home" icon on the bugged character, I'm back in the Clearfell Encampment, and if I try to enter Clearfell, the same disconnect occurs.

I've tried every fix I can find. Updated drivers, deleting shader caches, changing various game settings, changing servers (California, Texas, DC) etc. Nothing works. I had this problem with another character about a week ago and couldn't play for 2 days.

Any ideas? Windows 11 AMD Ryzen 9 9950X AMD Radeon RX 9060XT

Update: It finally unstuck and let me play a while, and when I accidentally clicked an old town portal to the Mud Burrow, I was disconnected and have to return to town from the character select screen. Apparently, now the Mud Burrow is off limits with the same immediate freeze/disconnect issue.

Edit 2: It's just happening every few zones. The game is unplayable for hours-to-days until it fixes itself.
