Breach No Hornet Skull Drop

Hi ,

When I finish Breach encounter I get message that I should (take the Hornet Skull you found) but thing is there is no Hornet Skull Drop from breach at all.

Could you please advise? That already happened couple times same issue.

It seems like character did not receive the same quest state in standard.

So that the quest item no longer drop, but the quest step still required that item due to the quest process is not set to share with all character in the same league , or just Standard league migration issue


edit: it seems the solution is visit Act 6 Coast to redo the quest for individual character
