kept getting notified my graphics driver was out of date

So for the last months every time i open POE2 i kept getting notified my graphics driver was out of date by an annoying pop-up whenever i opened the game.

I finally decided to update my nvidia graphics driver, using ddu uninstaller in safe mode, keeping settings and installing updated driver from nvidia website.

Every time I close my game, also rocket league, my screen goes black for a couple of seconds and comes back.

I remember having this problem at some stage but can't figure it out with google searches or changing settings. Does anybody have any advice?
