Instance crash

Instance crashed 30 seconds after I joined it and kicked me from the game to login screen. logged back in, and it crashed trying to send me back to hideout. logged back in again and all portals were gone. It also rolled back my loot (I had picked up a few currency items from the first few packs) and gold (I was at 0 gold before joining the map), and was back at 0 after rejoining again.

It ate my map, my scarabs, my loot, and the gold I aquired since joining the map. Please help
