Potential BUG on Diamond Shrine buff

Just submitting more for clearification.
I'm not sure if it is display issue or potential bug.
https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Shrine#Diamond_Shrine as wiki pointed out that Diamond Shrine buff All hits are Critical Strikes which to my understanding, both melee and spell would have 100% crit chance.
However it is showing weird on my character.
FrostBlink is showing 100% crit yet cyclone is showing only 2.25% cause i have Marylene's Fallacy on. shouldnt it be 100% crit all around?
I have screenshots ready to share with support.
Can someone help clearify?
