Oshabi The Vivid Cat Elusive not removing at 100%

My elusive buff never actually touches 100%, it drops down in 5% increments from it's maximum of 326% until it jumps from 101% to 96% and all the way to zero. I have tested this hundreds of times just in case my luck with 50% chance is really that bad, but it has never once removed elusive at 101%

I managed to solve the problem by getting a new Badge of the Brotherhood Turquoise Amulet that has a 10% improved elusive roll rather than an 8%, so now my elusive always ticks in multiples of 5 and will sometimes stop when hitting 100% exactly. Still totally a bug though.
