breach fortress monsters with the vengeful stalker mod type stay alive when reduced to 0 hp

some smaller mobs with vengeful stalker dont die and surround ailith making you do a lot less damage with automated targeting projectile skills like forbidden rite. it makes the defence event in a hive fortress extremely difficult to clear as these immortal monsters refuse to die and soak up a lot of dps. they keep piling up all the way till the end of the event and i cant kite or do anything to kill them. if it helps i have culling strike which might be interacting badly.

Confirming I have same bug in a miraged hive fortress today, only thing saving me is I currently Divine shrine on me.

it is quite the problem.
Dont think culling is at fault, since I dont have culling.
