No phase Sanctuary boss

On one run the boss of sanctuary, Nightmare of Lycia stays invulnerable and stuck in the first phase. It stayed stuck after exiting and reentering the map.

However, after relaunching a new sanctuary map, the fight was normal.

My bug report is 460 873 704.


The same thing seems to happen with T4 harvest boss but they unstuck after one or two minutes of running around.
