Items Dissapearing from stash.

I noticed a few items have gone missing over the course of several days..

I stashed Doryani's Prototype, and Elemental Hit of the Spectrum... and probably a few more..

When I wanted to swap to Ele hit character the gem was missing .. and I checked all my characters and their Alternative weapons.. Nothing... Had to refarm labs for a 2nd ele hit...

I was browsing the internet and someone mentioned Doryani's Prototype and was like oh I stashed one few days ago.. now that I look for it in my unique tab.. It's not there (says I don't own one). I once again checked every stash tab for it.. but it has vanished...

Stuff seems to be randomly dissapearing (some bad server/database sync) ?
